Halff’s Foy Graduates from Arkansas ACEC Emerging Leaders Program
BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Halff’s Bentonville Operations Manager Patrick Foy, PE, recently completed the Arkansas Engineering Emerging Leaders program from the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Arkansas chapter.
The Arkansas Engineering Emerging Leaders Program is a six-session program that features a curriculum focusing on right-brain thinking — the people skills associated with business management and the creative, visionary skills required of effective leaders.
Foy, who earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Memphis, has spent more than a decade providing civil engineering design services in Northwest Arkansas. Over the years, he has served as an environmental manager, project manager, land development team leader, and most recently stepped into the role of operations manager for Halff’s Bentonville office.
ACEC Arkansas recently honored Foy for completing the program at its annual awards luncheon.
